Anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling  that something bad may happen. It encompasses feelings of dread, fear and nervousness accompanied by distressing bodily sensations. Counselling can help reduce and alleviate these distressing feelings.


Depression is experienced as a feeling of persistent sadness that can be accompanied by loss of motivation and can impact negatively on how you feel, think and behave. Counselling can alleviate these symptoms and help you find motivation and joy again.

Integration & Spiritual Therapy

Integration & Spiritual therapy looks at how the various aspects of ourselves come together to form our sense of identity and purpose. This often encompasses a spiritual element of helping you find out what gives life meaning and purpose to you as a unique individual.
