Hi, I’m Belinda Clarke – and I don’t just teach this stuff, I’ve made it my own personal mantra!

Whilst my certificates state I’m a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor; I’m more likely to tell you I’m a Lifestyle & Wellbeing specialist who teaches women over 40 how to create more fun, fulfilment, and happiness in their lives.

Often my clients are high achievers, who have worked hard to tick off all the boxes in life (aka: the home, the family, the career), but who are now questioning where they are at and what’s important to them NOW!

They might be seeking more life balance, deeper connection, and overall wellbeing for themselves. Or simply want to be able to let down their hair once in a while (and not give a damn about who’s watching!).

Most importantly, they’re women who are ready for growth, have some idea of what they want, and are ready to do something about it (… and I say go for it!)

As a women over 40 myself (wife, mother and career woman), I understand firsthand the challenges of trying to balance your commitments and needs with the things in your life that really inspire passion and joy.

I draw from a combined 20 years experience in nursing, coaching and psychotherapy, to help you gain better balance and find time to reconnect with yourself.

My ‘Dynamic Identity’ Philosophy

The relationship you have with yourself determines how you live your life. How you live your life determines how you leave your legacy.

What do you want your signature on this planet to be when you leave?

During my years of working as a nurse (especially in palliative care), I found out what people really care about when it comes to the end of this life. It’s the relationships they shared, and the experiences they had, that carried the most meaning. And the biggest regrets are what they didn’t do.

People most regret not making a priority those things that really mattered and the number 1 regret was not being true to themselves!

My Unique Approach

I know what it feels like to go through a dark place and I know how frustrating it can feel when you are not living in a way that is fulfilling and meaningful.

After years of working through my own personal trauma, I discovered that true healing and fulfillment requires the willingness to look at the relationship you have with all the various aspects of yourself.

Without addressing your needs in relationship to all of who you are, you can get stuck, or worse, the underlying problems and patterns will show up again in other areas of your life.

That’s why when it comes to helping my clients, I’m passionate about addressing the whole person and I draw on my studies in coaching, psychotherapy, applied neuroscience, psychology and nursing to support you in making your own choices that bring about lasting results.

I help you identify and change patterns that are unhelpful and holding you back from living a more fun, healthy and fulfilled lifestyle. And I do this using a relaxed and casual conversational approach so that you can feel free to get real and honest with yourself in a safe environment and make the changes you need to make. And many of my clients and I have a good laugh along the way because I believe learning to not always take ourselves too seriously is good for the soul!
